Remarks:
– This set is a bit special. Used covers may exist, but all I saw looks philatelic or forged / manipulated. As this set is widely accepted as part of the Liberated Area (listed in all major catalogs), I will list it here with the thoughts in my mind, it’s a possible not issued / bogus set.
– Kerr 9.7-10 will be listed together with the local issue for the Andong Provincial Post Administration (安東省郵政管理局) started after the 2nd Liberation in 1947 (October 10).
