Remarks (in general / for this issue):
– All commemorative stamp issues from Northeast are rare on commercial covers.
– Shifted perforation and large stamps with “wings” can be found commonly.
– Imperforated stamps does not exits for this issue.
– The watermark is a rather big structure, stamps without or only with a very faint trace of a watermark can be found.
