Cover (rate of 4500 元 for registered letter). Cancel: 3 June 1949, Changchun (長春),first transfer cancel: 6 June 1949, Heibei (河北), Qinhuangdao (秦皇島), second transfer cancel:
7 June 1949 Tianjin (天津), arrival cancel: 11 June 1949, Shanghai (上海). Some postman wrote by mistake
at right side "Can't send in" ("送不進"), assuming wrongly Shanghai was still blocked under acts of war.
Rear sideRemarks (in general / for this issue):
– All commemorative stamp issues from Northeast are rare on commercial covers.
– Shifted perforation and large stamps with “wings” can be found commonly.
– Imperforated stamps does not exits for this issue.
