This map only gives rough impression about area and location. Zhujiakan (朱家坎) was renamed September 1958 to Longjiang (龍江).

The postal rate for a domestic cover was in April 1946 50 分 so most of the issued, especially unissued, stamps never had any practical use for a valid postal rate. For this stamp issue a very special chop for the overprint was made. It’s a vertical combined chop of four. So we can differ four (not two) settings. The information in Kerr and most other catalogs / publications about two settings is wrong. Because the stamp sheet had a size of 10 x 10 = 100 usually the bottom margins of the sheet got overprinted as well (with the setting three of four). Zhujiakan (朱家坎) used a very similar chop for the overprints as Keshan (克山) [Kerr 102.1-15] in violet.
