For the reprints were the same printing plates and printing factory without any modifications used so the differences originals / reprints are harder to recognize:
1.) Color of the stamps (leaves at the garland are in blackish grey yellow instead for reprints instead of blackish ochre for originals):

2.) The large version (5000 元) have also a different raster for the overprinted color mention in previous point (72 degrees for reprints instead of 45 degrees for originals):

3.) Color shadings under UV light are significant different (here under 254 nm):

Remarks (in general / for this issue):
– Reprints were only made for collectors, they came in sale after the validation of Northeast China stamps and can’t exists used.
– A set of reprints has a market price about 11.- USD (2018).
The colors of the flag are always blackish ochre, dark yellow red and yellow.
