Remarks (in general / for this issue):
– All commemorative stamp issues from Northeast are rare on commercial covers.
– Shifted perforation and large stamps with “wings” can be found commonly.
– Imperforated stamps does not exits for this issue.
– The watermark is a rather big structure, stamps without or only with a very faint trace of a watermark can be found. A final verification if a stamp belongs to the groups of stamps without watermark (Yang NE101-102) please check for small colored fibers which can be only find in the silk thread paper type as additional characteristic. If you found these fibers the stamp belongs (even without a watermark) to the watermark group (Yang NE99-100).
